  Fill out the returns form included in your original parcel, indicating whether you would prefer a refund or an exchange for a different size.

  Securely package your items and send them back to our boutique using a tracked postal service to ensure safe delivery.

  Processing and Refund

  Once received, our team will inspect your return and process your refund or ship your exchange item within 5-7 business days.
